Shooter Sky takes the action shooting format upward — you fly through the sky engaging airborne enemies, and the vertical setting changes how movement and dodging work. Rather than moving across a ground plane, you navigate three-dimensional airspace where threats come from multiple directions and altitude matters.

The flight movement gives the game a different feel from ground-based shooters. You have more freedom to maneuver — up, down, around — but also more directions to watch. Enemy projectiles and craft approach from various angles, so situational awareness is the core skill. It is not enough to dodge left and right; you have to read the whole sky.
